What conclusions do you draw from people who play with their cell phones all the time? At weddings, 4 example?

Insecure, shy. If they are playing with/ talking on the phone they assume people will leave them alone and not want to interupt. Then there is always the people who are just inconciderate and insist on making you feel like they have better things to do than pay attention to the event taking place. Eh, you never know! :]
