Weddings in California?

Anyone who lives in California knows how expensive it can be here … problem is im getting married and having a budget .. $ 4000 … and i cannot seem to find a place for wedding reception and works with that budget (expecially with 100 people) and thats just close family and friends. My boyfriend and I really do not want to get married in a bad area .. what can help someone? Southern California Los Angeles Redondo Beach Area

California is the way to large to give more details. To reduce it to an area like N. OC, South OC, Los Angeles, the Valley, Northern California, the desert, Inland Empire, etc.
